Ordering
Internet - Create an Account. This information will only have to be entered the
first time you order from Genesis Inc. You may order from the web site using VISA,
MasterCard, or Discover Card. You may also order over the Internet with a Purchase
order from the Institution you are with. Please include a Contact Person and a phone
number for verification.
Phone
You may call and order Monday - Friday 8-4:30 Pacific time. The phone number is
1-800-473-5538. For information call 360-422-6764.
Fax
You may fax your purchase order or credit card order to 360-422-6765, 24
hrs. a day.
Mail
You can mail your Purchase Order, Credit Card information, or check to Genesis Inc.,
PO Box 2242, Mount Vernon, WA 98273. Please include Ship to, Bill to, and telephone
number with the order.
Shipping
Internet orders are shipped no later than the next business day. All other orders
usually ship within 2 days of receipt of the order. If you need it by a certain
date let us know and we will accommodate you. Orders up to 1 LB are shipped Priority
Mail. Orders over 1 LB are shipped UPS. If you wish to have an over 1 LB package
shipped Priority mail, an additional $1-$2 charge will apply.
Freight Charges
Freight charges are determined on the dollar amount purchased.
$0.00 - $29.99 Shipping and Handling $ 6.50
$30.00 - $59.99 Shipping and Handling $ 7.50
$60.00 - $99.99 Shipping and Handling $ 8.50
$100.00- $200.00 Shipping and Handling $ 9.50
Add $1.50 for each additional $100.00 over $200.00
Canadian orders add $2.00 per order.
Special Shipping
Next Day Air, Second Day Air, and 3 Day Select are also available upon request.
Just let us know and we will calculate the shipping and handling charge for these
options.

All materials are unreservedly guaranteed.
Returns
Unused materials must be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase. Returns
must include the original invoice. Please call before returning merchandise. (1-360-422-6764)
