Internet - You may order from the web site using VISA, MasterCard, Discover Card, American Express, or PayPal.
You may also order by phone, fax or mail or email with a Purchase Order from your institution. Be sure to include payment and contact details.

Fax
You may fax your Purchase Order or credit card order (order form) to 360-422-6765, 24 hrs. a day.
Mail and Email
You can mail your Purchase Order, order form with Credit Card information, or check to Genesis Inc., PO Box 2242, Mount Vernon, WA 98273. Please include Ship to, Bill to, and telephone number with the order. Email Purchase Orders to info@pellet.com
Shipping
Internet orders are shipped no later than the next business day. All other orders usually ship within 2 days of receipt of the order. If you need it by a certain date let us know and we will accommodate you. Orders up to 2 LB are shipped Priority Mail. Orders over 2 LB are usually shipped UPS. If you wish to have an over 2 LB package shipped Priority mail, an additional $1-$2 charge may apply.

Freight charges are determined on the dollar amount purchased.

$30.00 - $59.99 Shipping and Handling = $11.95
$60.00 - $99.99 Shipping and Handling = $13.95
$100.00- $200.00 Shipping and Handling = $19.00
Add $3.00 for each additional $100.00 over $200.00
Special Shipping
Express Mail (most places 1-2 business days), UPS Next Day Air, UPS Second Day Air, and 3 Day Select are also available online.

Returns
